Monica Mansouri, is the managing attorney of a boutique law practice located in Encino, (Los Angeles) California. She has been practicing immigration law since 1996, helping each client individually and representing each company or business with integrity and respect. Ms. Mansouri is dedicated to her clients and enjoys learning about each client’s life story personally. Many of her clients are individuals who are dedicated clients, referring their entire family and neighbourhood for their legal immigration needs.

Monica Mansouri is a dedicated and successful attorney, who is highly effective at handling clients in all aspects of the immigration laws. She is well versed in trial preparation, research and drafting legal documents, detailed oriented, conscientious, and organized with over 20+years of experience. Ms. Mansouri is successful at defending clients before the Immigration Courts with favourable outcomes.  She’s obtained grants of both immigrant and non-immigrant visas for clients.  No case is too big or too small as she represents Businesses, individuals and families.

 

Ms. Mansouri has developed detailed strategies in each case, including litigation cases.  She has presented cases to Immigration Judges, as well as to the BIA and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and successfully obtained favorable results in adjustment of status and Naturalization cases.  She has secured immigration waivers for individuals with immigration violations and acquired various types of immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

 

Ms. Mansouri has obtained both O-1 and Eb-1 visas for those individuals of extraordinary ability. The categories are as wide as Film Producers, Photographers, Special Effects make up artists as well as Computer Technology Engineers and many others. 

Ms. Mansouri holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, College of Law. She received the Top Achievement Award, Immigration Law from the Late Honorable Immigration Judge Segal.  She has her BA in Political Science from the California State University, Northridge. 

 

Monica Mansouri’s practice includes non-immigrant visas, O-1, E-2, L-1, H-1b, F-1, R-1, U, and visa petitions for the Eb-1, Family Petition, Marriage Petition, Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Deportation/Removal Defense, I-601A, Waivers and Naturalization.
